2003 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

FP expires in 15 months. Does Medical also expire in 15 months?

Couple of questions for Gurus

Hello, I have two questions: Any help is appreciated.

1. My EAD has been approved on June 8 but not yet received the card. Does it take so long to receive the physical card ? Is there anyone else whoes EAD is approved but not received the card ?

2. After filing I-485, I have moved from East coast to west-coast. I called INS and updated my address. Does this result in transfer of the case ? Also does the LUD reflect these general changes or does it only indicate the status change ?

485 query on medicals

Finally I received update form my lawyer that the query for my I-485 was for medicals. Doctor didnt mark one of the boxes whcih asks which kind of Tuberculosys.

I hope to answer the query soon may be this week. Not sure what order INS is going. My ND is 12/13/2003., Concurrent filing.

What is the duration of your EAD.
According to new rule VSC can now issue multiple years valid EAD.
 
FP2 Notice

My LUD for 485 was updated on 8/4/2004. I am expecting FP2 notice. How long does it normally take for the FP2 notice to arrive after LUD update? I am guessing a week to 10 days...is that right? Thanks for your reply.

I have been a silent observer of this forum , however I feel obliged to divulge some dates as it helps getting a ballpark figure on when one's case might get approved

Can somebody tell why my 140 is pending so long...I see approvals for the cases filed in Oct 03.

Is there anybody with 140 pending for July 2003.

I'm worried here...Is something wrong ?

I got my first EAD approved on 08/10 . I am quite impressed since the ND was 7/14. I'm very curious about the duration of the card.

Finger Printing Notice

I received the Finger print notice..
I updated the Finger print notice info:

Gurus please help...

I filed my application (140/485) in Vermont. 140 approved 10 months ago. 485 pending for 13 months.

I moved from NJ to AL and sent change of address on 12/10/2003.
I received the AP with NJ address in Feb 2004.

But I received the finger print notices from Texas Service Center yesterday. Does it mean my application got transferred to Texas Service center from Vermont? If so what are the consequence in the process?

Address change caused the LUD my guess.

Where cases as late as may 2004 are getting approved and we are here waiting for more than a year. Dont know whats going on.... :(
