Are you sure your ND is 01/01? wow you must be the oldest pending case in this forum.

your first FP was not expired when you went for the second FP. What happened, did TSC sent you another FP notice. Please give some more details like RD? EB category/NIW etc.

Ya they sent me another FP notice on Jan this year both for me and my wife and had to redo it. My catagory is NIW. I have not not worried about it and not placed any calls to TSC because I am not worried about losing my job or any other problems. I guess I am in EB2 catagory How ever My online message has never changed inspite of me being FP twice
