Was talking to my lawyer just last week and he tell me that just in his office, there are at least 40 such cases; so friends, we are not alone. But we will probably be the ones that have waited the longest as yet.

In my opinion you have only one solution if you WANT YOUR GC TODAY rather than tomorrow or next year. Sue. Writ of mandamus. See related threads, Carl Shusterman, etc. This is a FEDERAL SUIT, not a Class Action..
