2001 Filers Please respond

FP:02/03.ONLY ONE FP.
3EAD'S AND 3AP'S.
READY TO APPLY FOR THE FOURTH SET.
REALLY SICK OF TSC.

Waiting for 2nd EAD (4th EAD for my wife)
About to apply for 4th AP.

AD: 12/03 (was told by the Oracle)
 
am I 2001 filer

I am scanning the responses to this thread and I see that my situation is not consistent with others.
MY RD is 08/01 while my ND is 11/01.
My case number is SRC02-031 which is really a 2002 case, but my RD is deinitely 2001. Nothing about my case follows the norm. :( Why did they take so long to assign a case number? :confused: I hope this does not lead to a longer delay.

Did anybody who tried to contact their local congressman get an answer other than "TSC is processing xxxx date case now and yours is still several months away?' Thanks.

All cases starting at 10/1 have the case numbers of next year.

That is the standard reply you would get out of congresspeople’s offices. So please send them the 485 petition or better meet with your congressperson so that more congresspeople want to take action. Remember it is election time next year and GC holders can contribute to election funds.

Correction - NOT still waiting

After posting previous message I checked the on-line status and my case has been approved today along with that of my two dependents. This has been updated since this morning.

I'm just glad the wait is over, and good luck to all the other 2001 filers.
