Hi Maxjoh29,
We are in process to send the documents to USCIS. As of now new company has provided following details to lawyers...
1) Company Profile (this company happend to be client of GC sponosor company.)
2) Job title - New company has changed the job title to match the title on GC application.
3) Job description - Lawyers and HR are working on the details..but it will be similar or very close the description on labor certifaction.
4) Letter from the new company explaining Salary details.

Thanks, PoJ. I have written about in detail in other threads. http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=172165 is one. It has to do with duplicate alien number. Despite numerous Infopass walkovers and persistence call-ups, they keep giving the same excuse that the officer hasn't merged the files to approve the case. State of limbo continues.

There aren't to many 01 EB2s or EB3s

I had started a thread for 1998 to 2001 EB3s and barely 15 people posted. I believe that there aren't to many 2001s out there. USICS approved a ton of 02, 03 and 04 RD/ND cases last year and a majority of these had a PD in 2001 or earlier. Although a lot of people are of the opinion that there are several thousand 2001 PD cases out there I presonally do not think so. I do believe that there are a TON of 2002 PD cases out there. I have also read a lot about 245i cases but none of these are for Indians so it should not impact the Indian Quota of visas.
It is my belief that USCIS will get done with 2001 by the middle of 06 if not sooner and then the dates will move into 2002. This is my speculation. Only God knows the real outcome.

Wishful thinking and good logic saras!!!
I am worried about my Namecheck and I should have got cleared even before the retrogression kicked in had FBI cleared my case. Anyways, my first thing is to see that my namecheck is cleared. There is no way my name would fit into anyof the pattersn. Infact mine would be the longest name to fit in their databases. I am thinking that the would be re-structuring their database tables to fit my name and hence the delay.
