2001 EB2 PD post here

I am in!

EB2
Priority Date -- October 2001.
I 140, 485 filed -- Sept, 2003
I-140 Approved -- Jan 2005.
I-485 Transfer to San Antonio -- Aug 2005.
I-485 Interviewed -- Sept 2005 ( not approved due to USCIS messed up my Name Check -- error in Name check submitted in Oct, 2003, and they never resubmitted)
 
EB2 or EB3

I think I am EB2 (though could not see it on any of my papers). If so I belong to this thread. How can I check ? I am holding Post Graduate degree (India) with >5 yr exp.
 
Got Update from USCIS...

Wanted to share the update with everyone...

Lawyer initiated the inquiry on pending 485 on 09/20/2005. LUD was updated on 10/17/2004 with below message...

"On Oct 14 20005 we responed back to your request for information...."

Today i got letter in mail stating that my Name check is pending and if you do here from us in next 6 months, contact customer support number....

I will contact my lawyer on Monday and have them initiated the FBI inquery...

I-485/I-140 AD is 01/14/2004
I-140 approved 03/2005.
