Hi all,

1. I\'m an Indonesian citizen, I remember back in November the state dept made this rule that all male applicants from 26 moslem countries need to wait 20 days before their visa is approved. I\'m thinking about going home this summer and I need to make H1B stamp. I tried to look at US Embassy Jakarta website, State dept website, but couldn\'t find the 20-day thing. Is this still in effect or is it gone?

2.I have 2 I-94s. One from when I was a student (F1) and another one that came with my I-797. Which one should I surrender when I leave the US? Or both?

Thanks in advance!

Still in effect.

The 20 day wait is still in effect at least in middle eastern countries (my friend\'s personal exp).
You can give both I94s or the latest one. The F1 \'s copy is already with INS.

Is it 20 business or calendar days?

Jaxen, is it 20 business days = 30 calendar days? or 20 calendar days?

My friend said it took him 30 + 2 days (submitting and receiving). Thanks.
