Hi,
On July 20, my wife and son got their Green Card, but this wasn’t the case for me. I’m Primary applicant and they were dependent. I called IO and the answer was “You should be patient”. Any idea??

There is nothing you can do but wait. If they are able to pull your status once you call them, then your papers are not lost, it is probably in their policy to do more thorough check when it comes to men... Who knows?

BTW, out of curiousity, what is the category on your wife's and kid's greencards? Is it "AS7"?

Incidentally, have you lived in more countries that your spouse and child? If so, your background check/criminal record may be taking longer.

Being patient is sound advice. If they got their GCs as your derivatives, I'm quite confident you'll get your GC. Its just a matter of when now.

2 out of 3 got approved notice at end of July/05, card received in early Aug.
I'm still waiting, case LUD 05/05.
