2 H1b please reply -Very Tensed

I applied for 2 H1b this year from h4.
First one got approved with I 94 on October 10 ,
Second one got approved on October 31st without I-94.

What is my status now.
Can I work with approved H1 of first .
Or the second one without I-94 supersedes the first one and I need to go out for stamping.

Please reply ,I am very tensed

Without I94 won't supercede any status. YOu status is dictated by the 1st H1 with I-94.

thanks for your reply .the rejection of cos in the 2nd approval does not take my h1 status(if first is approved ) right .

also i will be issued an ssn right,
