Good Day to all of you Awesome Smart people

I have some question for you guys , im on EB3 status now with I 485 pending since last July done through work, the PD was in Jan 2007.
Now I might get married to a US citizen this summer but I will need to relocate. Here are my questions

1- Can I have 2 different I485s or GC application, One through work and a new one through marriage
2- Is that a good idea doing it or do u prefer I just stay with my I485 through work? Its E3b (FD Jan 07) but im not from China or india)
3- My job category when we filed for the I485 was an entry level Engineer Level 1 , do I need to search for same Level or can I be a level 2 or level 3 engineer since now I have around 5 years of experience
4- Do I need to meet the level 2 or level 3 salary or do I need to meet the level 1
5- How do I know my new job is similar? Do it have to be exactly the same
6- Do u guys think it’s a good idea to relocate ?

Thanks A lot for you Help Guys

Much Appreciated
Sasha

If you divorce within 2 years your GC will go out of status ...
GC on employment basis is in your hands, but takes time. GC through marriage is quick.
Think and act.

You can have two I-485 pending. Even if they ask for widtdrawal later you can do that. No harm but expendature only issue.
Usually it should not be a issue. But When you change the job make sure that job description matches untill upto some extent. Do not show the managerial position if you have applied the GC for the developer position. Other then it is OK.

you can take engineer level 2 or 3, but not a managerial position. Your current salary should be equal to or more than prevailing wages, so raise in salary is not a problem. make sure your current job description contains the description you mentioned in your labor application. you can take little more responsibilities, in addition to the responsibilities mentioned in your labor.

Here in our company we are taking position like, Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer etc, but not Manager-Engineering.
