This will be my 1st time renewal by mail and just want to make sure we are sending all the paperwork necessary.
We are planning on sending new employment letter (same than original with new dates), form I-129 for me Copies of my passport and current i94 & foreign studies evaluation to US. Am I missing anything? Do I need to send any paystubs, W2s or will the salary described on the letter be enough?
We are also sending form I-539 for my family, and support certs ( birth, marriage, etc). as well as copies of their passport and I-94s.
Is there anything else missing?
