well its finally over and approved... We've been so stressed for the last year over this visa...
firstly was the fact I had a criminal record that required me to have a waiver to visit.. which i applied for over a year and a half ago and still haven't got.. but long story short they said that my charges were not CIMT.. I cant explain to you how i felt at the moment he said "ok, everything looks good"..
now that the K1 is approved will they still say something about the waiver i needed. I hope i don't need both.. from what Ive read the 192 is for visiting and my K1 is for living there..
