140 rfe

a lot of 140 RFEs lately

Even I got one RFE on my 140 recently. ND is 10/23/03.
looks like VSC has suddenly increased the volume of RFE's on 140s. This is another ingredient in the recipe for increasing backlog.
 
Almost 7 weeks

its almost 7 weeks since vsc has received my RFE on credentials evaluation. RFE response received on 5/26/04, LUD 6/1/04.

Have no idea whats going on....
 
I 140 approval

Got an email from USCIS about my I 140 approval. Verified in website too.

30 July 2003 - Receipt Date I 140 Non Concurrent
?? May 2004 - RFE for company documents (No update in website)
14 July 2004 - Approval

RFE issue and RFE received dates where not updated online. This caused some anxious. As we see, updates are not realtime and not helpful at times

As per online message ,They issued an rfe on my 140.

LUD :JUNE 22/2004
RFE :JULY 16/2004

Are there any RFE's other then educational evaluation and company's ability to pay can we expect on 140??

I have got RFE on my I-140. It has been more than a week now. My lawyer has not received the RFE details so far.

how long usually it takes? If I don't receive by this weekend, what I should do? please share your experience?

I have 4yr B.E in Computers Engineering, my W2 is greater than salary mentioned on LC since labor applied. I have more than 7 year of experience in IT when labor applied ( stated in LC, BS+5yr will be considered as MS+1yr, that standard wordings ),

what could be my RFE about? anxiously waiting ...
