140 RFE and 7th year extension

Is there a difference in attaching the 485 notice to attaching the 140 notice?
------ I said that file 7th year H1 extension and attach I-485 filing reciept Copy with 7th year H1 extension papers, I did not say attach I-485 reciept with I-140 notice.
What happens to my H1 process IF my 140 gets denied(god forbid!!)?
----- if I-140 gets denied then I-485, EAD AP will also get denied and the base for 7th year H1 extension will not exist. but if you have any other LC pending more than 365 days from any other employer that can be the base for 7th year H1 ext.
