140 Approved!

Sorry guys, it has been a month since my 140 got approved, should have shared with you earlier.. Anyway, my details :

140 -

ND - 10/24/2003
AD - 03/22/2004
EAC-04-011-5xxxx
EB3 - Labor Substitution
No RFE

485/EAD/AP -

ND - 12/16/2003
EAD AD - ??
AP AD- ??

Anyone know if a labor substitution case typically get processed more quickly? An EB3 I-140 approval for a notice date of 10/24/03 is later than any I've seen where an RFE or special circumstances weren't involved. My ND is 10/23/03 so this got me kind of excited .

No, i didn't check the status frequently, nor do i have interim EAD. I am still on H1, don't need EAD that badly. I really don't know how i received a quick approval.

Impressive! What category? Which state? What was PD of original LC?

EB2. Labor was filed in Virginia SWA.
PD was 10/200.
Concurrent filing.

The filing date for my LC was Feb2002.
