Thank you for everybody's sharing of information, it helps a lot. We havn't seen much approval actions recently, hope this news could cheer somebody up.

Thats pretty close to my case. Was is sub labor? Where is your employer located at?

Hopefully we all will see appprovals pour in too.... my RS is 2/6/03 and ND is 3/11/03, so may be our turn should come shortly tooo...

My case is NOT substitute labor, my employer is in MA

Congrats ! Good to know March 03 cases are getting approved. Any recent Jan 03 ND approvals ?

Did your case approved? What's ur category? U r the first one I met with same ND so far...Yeah u r right one needs lots of luck for approval

My case did NOT get approved. EB3, concurent filing, no RFE, EAD approved in July.

Long time…………Good to hear from you.

I hope USCIS continue with this pace and we might see "APPROVED" status regarding our cases in coming days.

Lot of guys who were with us in “Philly DOL LC thread” already got their approval.

You are true, All the guys have cleared the I- 140, If you dont dont mind, can you pull our March I-140 thread, I feel its time for folks to update & see some progress for that month. By the way did you get your finger printing notice, I havent received yet.

I am the only one left whose case had Aug 2002 PD at Philly DOL......NOF on LC was the killer.....

NO FP yet..........:mad:

BTW, March thread is up again.........

My PD is also August 16, Like you said most of the guys cleared the I-140. I wish we will hear something soon.

how to find out the priority date of LC. Mine was submitted to Harriburg, SESA on July 22, 2002, and Phily DOL received on October 7, 2002. In that case is the priority date July 22? I got NOF form Philly DOL in January and got delayed by 2 months. In the beginning the attorney goofed up with the salary which delayed the process by another 2 months. One day can make a big difference.

Hope there won't be any RFEs in further stages.
