140 and 1485 filling concurently.

My LC is approved it is more than 365 days. Iam going to file
140, 1485 and EAD concurently.
Also H1 7th year extension based on my lc since it was more than 365 days.

My question:

1. I know if 140 is denied , 1485 and EAD is also denied. By what will happened to H1 7TH year extension. Will it also be denied. As it is extended based on LC for more than 365 days.
 
7th year extension has nothing to do with I-140 or I-485, if you have valid H1 status and evidence to prove that your H1 was filed more than 365 days your 7th year H1 will be extended
