140/485 Approved via pilot proam at CSC

it seems like the online updates are not entirely reliable when your case is pending. They don't update things for a long time and their database has some serious problems.

Was your case truly concurrent? You don't say when you applied for I-485. I assume it'd be truly concurrent (within the same envelope), since the pilot program worked for you.

I had to file my 140 & 485 separately, but after reading this thread I wish I had waited and filed truly concurrently. It looks like everybody who files truly concurrently is considered in the pilot program... :( :(

Anybody heard of cases which are filed 'not truly' concurrently and had the pilot program advantage (approved within a few months.)??

140 ND: 2/23/04
485, 131/765 RD: 6/17/04
485, 131/765 ND: 6/21/04

My140/485 got approved via the CSC on June29. Received approval notice on 7/1
Case Details:
Labor substituted(Feb04 approved)
140/485 RD: April29,2004
140/485 ND: May6,2004
FP Done: June17,2004
140/485 Approval Notice Date: June29,2004.
Lawyer confirmed my case was picked up under pilot program.

Yours is the first labor sub approved case that I have heard of and it gaves me great hope. Mine is a concurrent app with a RD of May 13th 2004 and ND of May14th 2004.

My EAD and AP are still pending. However I had submitted my finger prints on June23rd and the status of the 485 was updated with a message of "pending review yesterday". The I140 was touched on May26th but no change in status.

Did you go thru the same path, I mean, no change in 140 status and the EAD/AP not yet approved?

I filed my case on 25th last month. I did not receive any RD till now.
Can you guys please tell me how long does it take to get RD.
Also, who will get the letter? I mean, will I get it or my lawyer get it?

Why my case did not pick up as a Piot Program

Congrats Tittan01 and other (who got approved as part of pilot)

My case is also filed true concurrently .

Used Original Labour
140 / 485/ 131/765 RD : April 20' 2004 ND: April 23'2004

FP done on 6/8/04

But got RFE on EAD / AP for incorrect photographs. Send the response to RFE. Status got updated on online now. Even they mailed the AP (approved now). Due to of RFE is my case didn't get approved as part of pilot program ??? Any clue

well, I filed on Apr. 23 with CSC and no any update on 140/485 yet.

It seems that not everyone is picked up for pilot program even he/she is
in the right period. Or, It depends on which branch office and which immigration
officer takes your case for review, I guess.
 
my case is also not pick up by pilot program. I140/I485 rd: 04/12/2004, Nd: 04/15/2004. Had a RFE about H-1B 7 year extension on 06/14/2004. reply received on 06/25/2004, approved on 07/01/2004. Now 140/485 is still pending and will be 90 days by next Monday. Ask lawyer whether my case was delayed because of RFE about H-1B. She replied that was not reason and she will contact CSC whether I am in the quque for Pilot Program and will let me know once she hear back from CSC.

even my case is the same.
though my rd is may 25th . i competed fp on june 19th.
my case status went back to we received it and it is taking 660 days etc.. from fp results received and processing resumed.

Please post the result here after your lawyer gets any feedback. We are
still waiting for the miracle, even though the hope is becoming weaker and
weaker...

More old cases were approved in July than the same period in previous months. Does this mean USCIS is also processing faster in non-pilot program? This indeed is good sign for everybody, as they promised to reduce the processing time 90-days for pilot program, plus reduce waiting time for old cases.

The approval of immigration_123 and Titan01, and other old cases approved in July, show that they may on the right track.

The pilot program can only survive when they also make progress on old cases. So they may stop-and-go sometimes in pilot program.

Just my 2 cents. Hopefully, Aprilcase, adgwlgc, htammana ... all get approved soon!
 
No progress on our case

The online infor for AP change from 90 days to 150 days, what does that mean? Does it mean that they will not process AP cases from now on and concentrate on something else??

I filed my I140/485 recently and my lawyer got the RD today. She said that the time mentioned by USCIS is national average and should not be considered.

one of my friends here got her approval today
she got labor cert 2.5 months ago, did medical and filed 140/485 concurrent, not sure bout the EXACT date but it was late april /early may and got her approval today
no rfe;s. just fingerprinted last week and approved right after
 
Wow!! This is almost unbelievable!! Did she get 140, EAD, 485 approvals 1 week after finger printing?? Can you confirm that?
