140/485 Approved via pilot proam at CSC

I'm happy to find this thread. I just heard that my case was certified by DOL-San Francisco. How do I do to get into the pilot program? I'm in California. I'm desperately to get a employment authorization to my husband. I have a H1. I want to be prepared because I cannot trust my lawyer 100%. Thank for your help. 
keepfaith, file I-140 & I-485 together (in same envelop). This will be treated as true concurrent processing and if you belong to EB2 category, your application will be processed under pilot program.
starter, RD is Received date (the date when application is registered in USCIS system) and ND is Notice Date (the date when notice is printed and issued).

Guys some things miraculous happened!.
My 140/485 got approved via pilot EB2-CSC.
Once and for all My details:
LC SESA PD: Oct 2001: : DOT Code: 999-051-151: Big firm without layoffs but not a consultancy company.
LC DOL RD: OCt 2002
LC Approval: Feb 2004
I140/I485 RD: April 29/2004
I140/I485 ND: May 06/2004
FP done on 06/15/2004
I140/I485 Approval: 06/28/2004
Going for the stamping soon.

Gap between H1-bs
I am preparing for the pilot concurrent filing.
I had a three month gap between two employers.
e.g.
I left emplyer A in Dec 2000. I was told by employer B my h1B transfer had been submitted to INS. I started right away with employer B. Three month later, I was told by HR they forget to file it. So the transfer was not filed three months after I worked for employer B and was later approved.
Question:
Would this gap cause any problem in the concurrent filing? What can I do to mitigate it?

My case is semi conc and has the ND of
140 - 2nd April... Waiting
485 - 26th April... Waiting.
EAD received for wife, AP received for both
FP done 3rd June.
I have a RFE for my EAD (I guess could be for signature). Could this be holding up the case to proceed as EAD rfe has not yet arrived and responded.

I filed H-1B 7 years extension on 04/12/2004 and had a RFE on 06/14/2004, repsonse received on 06/25/2004. Is this the reason why my case not proved yet although I filed at the same time as immi123?
