140/485 Applied in april 2005 with Substitute Labor

140 / 485 Concurrent filing from CSC using Labor Substitution under EB2

Hi - i applied my I140/485 concurrent from CSC using substituion labor under Eb2 category.

My Filling dates are 4/12/2005 - i got my FP notice and FP done today 05/06/2005. I am waiting for my EAD, Travel, 140, 485 and Green card :)

Hi Sandra, How many days it took for USICS guys to pick up your file for processing from the day you sent the FedEX.

I have sent my application for 485 on 05/02/2005, I was just wondering when they will start working on?

Mr. India - it took 2 weeks to get the FP notice. They recived my Fedex Aptil 12th notice dated April 15th and i recived FP notice on April 26th - FP appointment for May 6th which is today.

Did u get your EAD or anyother apprvals...
 
Oh Nothing Yet, Just waiting onto them. My lawyer said it will be 4-6 weeks before we get the receipt notice or any response.

But looking at your case it seems they really work faster than we think the speed they are working which is really good.

Thanks for the response. May be I should get something in a week or 2.

Expereince letters from the previous employers should have specified the titles, duties, position, from to date(not just mm/yyyy & it should be dd/mm/yyyy) and job duties.

485 approved in 18 days after 140 approval

I did my FP on 05/06/2005 same day as you and haven't seen any change in LUD, did your LUD change?

is ur 140 approved with in two weeks....

ur signature shows I-140 RD: 1/27/05 and AD: 2/7/05. if so congratulations...
that was fast.

if not keep posted. my I-140 RD is 02/02/05 ND: 02/02/05. one LUD on 03/29/05.

140 E-filing Vs standard paperwork

guys, i am in the middle of filing my 140 from CSC with sub. LC. I read the article that there is plan to eliminate sub. lab. I am trying to push my attorney to file asap. From your experience, can they use E-File or do they have to use the traditional method of filling forms. My Lawyer wants a turn-around time of atleast one week. I looked at the E-filing option and it seemed that it could be done in a day's time. Please advice.
