1099 or Contractor

Quick question i have a TN through a consulting company and work on a 1099. I am wondering if i can open my own corporation in the US and have the consulting company pay directly to my corporate instead of me.

I was talking to someone in my company and they suggested this. However they told me since i am on a TN they don't know if its possible or not.
Please advice
 
How you are paid is not important for TN, so yes. As long as you have a sponsor that is not you, you are fine. Eventually, you would want the client to pay you directly and cut out the consulting company.
