Logically speaking thats how it should be. It the package reached earlier than the Bulletin release time what difference does it make if it was received on Jul 2nd 7:55 AM or Jul 1st/Jun 30th....The USCIS was anyway closed for the weekend.

Its not about Fedex or UPS. CIS is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. So there is no one to receive it on weekends

Mine is same as yours. I was current for June. My lawyer filed it on Jun 29th & it reached CIS today 07/02 at 7:55 AM. Keeping my fingers crossed ....

Even newly filed I-485 cases have a chance of getting approved if the dates are retrogressed back to 2002/2003 as long as their PD is old.

My lawyer says no W2/Tax Return or Pay Stubs are required. A current employment verification letter is enough.

Ofcourse PD is the main factor as to whose 485 will be approved. 3 to 4 months down the road, when the Cuttoff date is no longer current and retrogressed many years back, the guy with the oldest PD is the one whose 485 will be considered and rest all whose PD is over the cutoff date will be put...

Movement When i compare between Dec '06 & Jan '07 bulletins, i see that the only movements were for: EB3: India 2 weeks (Apr 22 - May 8 2001) Mexico 1 week (My 8 - May 15 2001) There was no movement for any other country/category. What does this imply for the future??
