Desp_gc I am in the same situation. My employer revoked I140 and i got the denial letter from NSC on March 1 2005. I applied the MTR on March 27 2005 (More details about me use "NSCMTR" keyword from Search Menu). You are fine and do not worry about this.

EAD needs fP? I do not know the procedure how does it works? butin my earlier 2 EAD's did not have any finger prints on it. AM_Optimistic: you said that LUD changed after 2 months ur EAD got Approved. I can see only one and half months between ND and AD dates reg your EAD2. Thanks

I applied my EAD and AP on April 22 2005 at CSC. The receipt dates are April 29 2005. EAD & AP- LUD's changed on May 18 2005 and May 20 2005 but there is no approval Email. what's going on? Thanks

Do not worry My 485 applied at NSC but I am in CA so my attorney applied all my EAD's (for the past 2 EAD's) at CSC. Everything went through well. if you have EAC number, check it out online and see the status there itself.
