I also got an email today saying my case is now pending with TSC. Was originally transfered to TSC on October 4, 2007. I checked the last update and it 01/07/08. It is possible that we may receive or FP soon!!

My application was filed on July 30th. The check has not been cashed yet. My case was submitted with the old fee. The way I understand it, the new fee structure is only in effect from August 18,2007.

Do you have any proof that you send a response? If you have used any mailing facility with tracking information, that may help.
