After Many years, I see and LUD change on my case. It appears that cases are being processed irrespective of the priority date.

Denials are due to 3 yr degree. Not the evaluations.

Looks like we are in group. Same changes on my case as well. Since all our case are somewhat similar, INS/AAO may be clubbing the cases for a "Mass Decision". Whatever that may be.

LUD on MOTIC changed again on 7/15 and LUD changed on 140 and MOTIC changed on 7/22. Are we looking at "MASS DENIALS" from AAO?

My LUD on 140 and MOTIC changed on 07/08/2006. LUD on MOTIC changed again on 07/15/2006.

AAO Decision Has there been any action on the cases that were sent to AAO and later sent back to Nebraska? Looks like some appeal cases in Jan and Feb were sent back to Nebraska.

Looks like something is going on !! I had my 140 and MTR transferred to AAO on 02/03/06. Suddenly I got an e-mail today (02/23) and LUD changed on 140. The update on 140 is now changed to " On February 14, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing...

Interesting Hope it gets approved. My case was just transferred to the AAO. I hope they would act on it soon.

140 Denied I 140 and I485's have been denied. NSC completely ignored the evaluation done thru Sheila Danzig and the Oregon Case decision. The denial letter insists that a 4yr degree can only be equivallent to a US Baccalaurete degree. 3 yrs India Bachelors is not acceptable. Riddiculous ...

I hope so too. I had done my fingerprinting on 10/10. But LUD on my child's 485 has changed as well.

Lud Bunny, I dont see LUD change after 12/09 nor have I received any letter from NSC. If it is a denial, do they update the online status or just send a denial letter.

I am almost certain that its a denial. The Eval I had submitted with the RFE response was equating my 3 yr degree to US Bachelors, did not combine anything. Does the MTR go back to the same officer? Thanks for writing!!

When you send AR-11 all your pending petitions will be updated. LUD will change on all pending petitions without any status change. This happened to me. But I did not have an RFE at that time.
