You can expect an approval in the first couple of weeks provided all the name/security checks etc are cleared on your case and your case is ready to be approved. I would say wait about 3 weeks before opening up and inquiry.

No, it does not mean 3 RFEs. CRIS system has a bug, it sends out multiple emails for one status change. I have seen people getting as many as 10 emails for one status change.
Code 1: 10 Finger Prints
Code 2: Thumb Print, Photo, Signature
Code 3: Code 1 + Code 2
People used to get Code 1 and then Code 2, I guess it makes more sense to issue Code 3.
Maybe you should schedule an infopass appointment at the local USCIS and enquire about your case. It is kinda odd though, USCIS should have sent you a written response after you initiated an enquiry.

I have scoured through the recent posts and have found only few EB3 cases that are current and either have received an RFE or have been waiting for an approval.
Please post if you fit the above criteria.
This might also give folks a rough idea about the EB3 PD movement next month...
Or, c. the service center did not do a good job of taking the fingerprints and FBI might have rejected them, and hence another notice. Just a guess though.
