If you think you are stuck, look at my signature. I have done 4 EADs and looking forward in doing my 5th one. :) It is sad, that the finger print people recognize me when I went in the last time. In the last 3 years, I been there about 7 times if not more.

I booked an info-pass and the officer was a jerk. All he said, the case is under process and refused to give me any information.

Well, there are more important things in life. Be grateful for the good things and forget about the bad ones.

did u give FP CODE 1, 2 or 3 or all three.... Why don't u take another infopass and see
 
All of the above. I have done 1 finger, 10 fingers, pictures. You name it, I have done it. The only thing I haven't done is the old fashion ink way. Well, I will give it a few months before I chase them.

April 08 2001 is the current date and you are not so far away except for the i245 which was in the month of APril 2001.

Hope you will get your GC soon.

Officers are already frustated because they dont have anything to answer about the so-called need-to-know policy of the USCIS cases. Dont get pissed off with them. They are only doing their job which is very hectic.

I'd wait till PD becomes current and then will start the chase.
