Tax form? Went from F1 to H1 in 2004
??? I think you can file 1040NR.I transfer my J-1 to H-1 and now i have the same problem.We are exempt from substantial present test for these days on F-1 and J-1 visa.!! If anyone can give us advice , please!!!!! :confused:- milsimeonov

Oooo Hi. I think that you Can NOt deduct any legal fees.Check in google for "Employee business expences" I am in the same situation like you. Guys ,anybody.................... Suggestions???? :confused:- milsimeonov

Help Stamping H-1B in Europe
