EB2, RIR, CA DOL.
Haven't seen the hard copy yet but DOL called up lawyer informing him of approval around July 15th, 2005.

I'm currently stuck at Dallas BEC with PD 2002 applied from California. I have a better position within same company at NY office.
If I move to NY, reapply as PERM, lawyer says I can keep the California application going.

issue
I think the issue is that new filers will get their labour approved before filers upto 3 years ago. This can't be fair i.e. legal. This will also cause the next step (I140) to backlog furthur as well making it even more unfair for BEC folks.
I think there is a strong case to be made...
FIFO question
Processing at BEC will folllow FIFO.
Does FIFO mean "earliest PD's get processed first" or "earliest time the attorney's respond to the 45 day letter" apply?

What is the implication for the company sponsoring your green card to be sold to another company?
Does labour have to be refiled by the new company? Is the priority date lost?
