Friends, Any one got his/her 140 approved after accepting EB3 for the above RFE? How long it takes for the decision after replying the RFE? - RM.

I got the same RFE convert from EB2 to EB3. If we accept for EB3, will USCIS process 485 as per the priority dates? If USCIS not satisfied with our reply for convincing for EB2, what will happen? What options do I have? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance, -RM.

I called INS, they say , they didnt recieved the FP results. I called FBI, they said, they recieved FP on 03/14/2005 and they sent results to INS on the same day. There is no LUD change on my case or my wife'case. I am not sure what to do? Any suggestions appreciated. I am little worried...

When you call FBI select the option to speak to customer support rep and ask about FP results and provide A#. - RM

We had FP done at San Antonio on 03/12/2005. I went for early FP, they did only finger prints , no digital photo, no digital signaute.I have code 3 on FP notice.There is no LUD change yet. What should I do? Any body had similar experience? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance ! -RM

I gave my FP on 03/12/2005, though it was scheduled for 03/26/2005 in San Antonio, TX. There is no LUD change or message update yet. Can any one tell me what number should we call FBI about the results? Thanks in advance. -RM
