My case :

EB2
I140 RD 05/21/2004 , ND 05/26/2004
I485 RD 05/21/2004. ND 05/26/2004
EAD RD 05/21/2004, ND 05/26/2004, AD 07/23/2004
AP RD 05/21/2004, ND 05/26/2004, AD 07/29/2004

I didnt recvd FP notice yet. No LUDs on the case. Is anybody who has filed in MAY 2004 and waiting for FP ?

June I-140 filer

I filed my I-140, 485, AP, EAD concurrently at NSC under EB3-RIR category. Here are the details

I-140, 485 - RD - 11 Jun 2004
EAD - approved for both me and my husband on 15 jul 2004
AP - approved for my husband, me, my kid on 15aug 2004.
FP - done on 27 Nov 2004.
I-140 - waiting 485 - waiting

Does anyone know how long does it take to get I-140 approved?
Planning to change the employer, and wondering whether this is advisable under current circumstances?
If I change the emplyer can I re-start the I-140 process alone, by retaining my approved labor?

We need to find out how to run that I-140 tracker for cases filed in may, june and july. Does anyone in this forum know how to run the tracker. I know a couple of cases filed around June, got their I-140 approved. I myself tried to run that tracker and did not know how to proceed.
If anyone know how to run please volunteer.

Thanks for update, myne was also filed on same dates .. last week completed my FP, PDate was 9-2001. holding breath........................
