Hi gurus,

Yesterday my wife and kid got the finger print notices, but not me. Anyone know why this happens, how long will I receive mine?
Our concurrent filing of 140/485 receipt notices do not have priority dates and we were told that we will not get priority date until my 140 get approved. But on the FP notices for my family, they got the priority dates on them and the priority dates for them are not my LC priority date (Nov.2001), but the receive date of our 140/485 receive dates (Nov.2004). Is this a mistake or this is the interim priority dates for FP only?

Your FP notice might be on the way sometimes it takes a day or two extra.What is the exact Notice Date of your 140/485?

I didnt recvd FP notice yet. No LUDs on the case. Is anybody who has filed in MAY 2004 and waiting for FP ?

Got the FPs and had them done

I did receive my fp notice one day after my family. We went to the local office to have them done yesterday. EB3 concurrent, CSC.
 
Thanks allYearlong..!!! How does these FP notice works, My friend he filed for 140 & 485 in June 2004 in NSC and got his FP notice in July 2004. I just worried is something wrong with my case.

FP notices seem to be sent out at random. Some people get them almost right away, others get them almost at the end of the process. I wouldn't worry too much.
