    Yes but do I need to include her in the 485 process? don\'t I have to list the correct # of dependents on I-485?

    similar situation I and my wife applied for our 485 last March. Since then we\'ve had a baby (born in the USA). Do I need to add our baby to the 485 process as well?

    born in the USA our baby was born in the USA. But don\'t we have to include the correct number of dependents on the I-485? Just curious becuase some one told me I had to re-apply for my 485. Thanks, XMAN

    I filed for I-485 on 04/09/01 for myself and my wife. Since then, we’ve had a new addition to our family in August 2001. Do I have to file my I-485 again to list the correct number of dependents? Will this hurt my processing time? Please advice.
