Just talk to an IIO about my FP notice. Fundoo and Srinivinod, need your advice.

After holding about one hour, a lady IIO talked to me. She confirmed my case was assigned to an officer on January 8th. While I asked her why I still have not got my FP notice yet. She said that someone is working on that and INS\'s policy is not to tell the customer a specific date. And, she said I should have it soon. What should I do next?
 
My ND is 01/23/2001. I think my ND is one of the oldest without even first FP.

 
 
I would suggest you just call

and ask them to schedule an FP for you. You dont have to give them any reason. Just call and tell them that you called to schedule your FP. If asked tell them the duration you waited for FP. I did not give any explanations. I just called and asked them to schedule one for me. I have one now.

I am also waiting from one year. RD 1/18/01 ND 1/26/01. No FP yet. My lawyer contacted IIO only to get no response.

Since we all fall into the same category, lets share the progress.

Planning on calling tomorrow (I last called on 29-Jan-2002)

Mondays are tough days to get TSC Number.
