here is my 2 cents to transfer another state's license to PA, u don't have to worry about AOS. call them and ask them what they need to make the transfer. i did mine couple of years ago while i was on ead (from ohio's). i think u just need SSN, a valid address and the fee.

We did our stamping at PGH INS on Feb. 3rd. We received our plastic card on March 21st. I guess our GC saga ends here:D

thanks again. actually, there is a G-some form that the lawyer has to fill out. since i hired my own lawyer, he filled out so that the approval/RFEs come to me directly. roran: don't worry! i will hang around for a while (since u r so funny and i don't want to miss u:D )

even after my wife's GC got approved on 1/24/03. she found out that her GC is approved y'day after calling the IIO. i hope mine is approved too, since my wife's is a derivative of mine. did anyone has the same problem of avm not getting updated?

gc_king what was the medical RFE for? my wife had a medical RFE. negative box was not checked for the HIV test. so, i corrected it from the dr. and sent it. RFE received date is 12/11/02 congratulations on your approval.
