My wife got a medical RFE (RD-9/6/01) recently.
The doctor forgot to check the negative box in form I-693
for the HIV test.We Went back to the doctor.
Doctor said he won't fill out a
new form but will make the correction on the same form which
we got back from INS. I was not satisfied with that.
So, I wrote a letter (as if it is from the doctor)
for the doctor to sign and included that with the completed
I-693, sealed and sent it. Is this good enough?
Any previous experience on this?
