atlast,,,,,,,,,,,,,, After a long wait from Aug 8th when my case was transfered. INS baltimore had assigned interview for me on OCT 31ST at 9.45 am by officer C. I will keep you posted. Thanks to all who gave updated on their interview which would help me better prepare for the interview...

Aug 8th TD I saw some fortunate folks who got their interview date for the Aug 8th and 9th TD. I am not that lucky to get an interview date yet?? Is there any one around with the TD of AUg 8th yet to get an interview date. I am worried that even an Aug 9th TD got interview date and not me.

Mr. Hhs, You are right!!. That's life..... when we filed for our I-140 during Oct 2001. Vermont held the case for those who applied in that time frame for 7 months stating that I-140 has less preference. Now a days it takes only 2 months in VERMONT

Some of the OCT rd people are lucky. They got interviews ahead of people like me who are having SEP reciept dates in Baltimore.

ead & ap Mirya, Once you start using the EAD card you have to use the AP. The H4 is no more valid. It\'s the same case as that of being in H1 or EAD. Once you decide to switch over to EAD from H1 OR H4, your H MULTIPLE VISA expires. You have to travel on Parol.
