Dash, Mine is conurrent too. Finger printed on the same date. No RFE for me. Medical RFE for spouse since she was preg at that time.

Waiting for spouse 485 approval I got mine approved 12/28/04 and stamped 01/07/05. Wife got medical rfe. Rfe response received by Uscis on 1/10/05 and then 3 LUD changes 1/11/05, 1/12/05 and 1/13/05. Does it mean its approved? After those LUD changes nothing so far. ;)

Lud change leads to rfe My wife's 485 status message was updated today for an RFE after the LUD's changing on 12/17/04 and 12/20/04. This was expected since she did not get her TB testdone when we filed. I will update when I get the details of RFE.

Thanks va_mclean, LUD changes over a span of 3 months......Did you hear anything about your case at all?? Your LUD changes are a good reminder to all that they should not get excited at LUD changes... There is no point looking at LUD's... only a status change matters... Lets hope for...

LUD nonsense After reading many postings I have come to a conclusion that a chaging LUD does not mean that you will hear something in the near future. ... ITS JUST RAISING EXPECTATIONS UNNECESSARILY.. There are many who got approval without even a single change in LUD.. how do you explain those...

Strangerr, Your LUD changes coincide with ours. Our 140's have been already approved and our LUD changes are on 485. Your 485 notice date is 5 days later than mine. Please update this site if/when you hear something. Thanks

My last LUD change was on 12/02/04. My wife's LUD is changing everyday since the last two working days. I am expecting a medical RFE for my wife. Lets see if there is a pattern.. I will keep you posted. ;)
