My Parents Got Visa Today, Parents got the visa. They didn't even look at the papers. I had sent them the H1B extension reciept. Anyway, they got the 10 years multiple entry visa. They went to Mumbai consulate and it was their second application. First they got 6 months visa in 04.

Thanks for the reply. Substitute LC is for EB3 category. I was wondering since LC Priority date is 08/02/2002, wouldn't I be able to file for I-485 when I-485 date becomes current. and probably I'll get my 140 and 485 together. Also, the perm which is going to be filed might be for EB3 also...
