Hi Everybody,

I had filed my I140/I485 concurrently on March 2004 with a PD of May 2001.My I140 got approved on Feb 23rd 2005.I was hoping to hear something on my I485 case pretty soon.
I checked the status of my I485 and my wife's I485 application and saw that an RFE has been issued for my wife's I485 application on March 8th 2005. The LUD on my I485 case remains the same and my wife's case changed to March 8th 2005.The status on my case remains the same.I have still not received the RFE yet from the lawyer.

Any ideas whats going on

It looks like is something on your wife's 485. Usually is something stupid such as birth certificates, vaccines, or the like... I woudn't worry too much.
