Just talked to an IIO - Can I chase FBI for fingerprint results? I just spoke with an IIO, who was extrememly helpful. He said that my husband and my daughters FP were all back but mine aren\'t. So it can\'t go for adjudication ready yet. You would think that they would all be kept together...

How did you get to speak to an IIO officer ....  was it just perseverence getting through to the service center - how long did you have to wait?

Turns 21 My daughter turns 21 in 5 months time. I was getting hopeful after I read some cases here where they had FP done end of Nov and are now approved. We had our FP done 12/18, so was hoping it might be in a couple of weeks.

Has anyone any experience with an age out case? My dates are as follows: 485 RD 10/11 CSC FP 12/18 as scheduled AVM 12/28 collected FP\'s AVM 1/18 case has resumed processing AP 11/30 EAD not received yet. Had RFE - AVM rec\'d RFE but when we went to get them after 90 days computer system...

Update We went back to the local INS on Friday to get our EAD\'s and the system had been updated with the information that they had received the evidence, so we were able to get them no problem this time.

AVM out of synch with INS computer system? Our RD was 10/11 and just before the 90 days were up we had an RFE (just a copy of the I140) which was sent back by lawyer. After 90 days my daughters went to the local INS to get there EAD\'s and were turned away because they hadn\'t received the...

Encouraging news Congratulations! Your case was encouraging for me as I have an age out case, although mine is in CSC. We did FP in December, got EAD\'s Jan, AP in Nov and anxiously waiting for approvals. I shall be grey before this process is out, what with worrying about possible lay offs...

INS must be working overtime, not only approved .... but actually received paper copies of approvals in 2 days!
