EAD for october mailers ??

my ND is Nov 15th,so acording to new JIT report can we expect them soon?.

Update

We went back to the local INS on Friday to get our EAD\'s and the system had been updated with the information that they had received the evidence, so we were able to get them no problem this time.

Check JIT report

They just released the JIT report. Per JIT report, INS is currently processing cases with I-765 (90 days) with 11/15/01 receipt notice. October mailer folks should get it quite soon.

that was 2 weeks back

in these tweo weeks no EAD approvals for oct mailers even though the JIT advanced long back

I-765 - 30 day for first time EAD right?

The 2/15 JIT reads

I-765 30 Day* 01/29/02
I-765 90 Day** 11/15/01

When applying for the EAD for the first time, isn\'t it the 30 day one that applies??
