Absolutely no problem I got my fingerprinting done today at completely different place and date which was there on the notice. My case is exactly similar to you. I explained my case to INS officer . They agreed without any problem. I did not call any number to change appointment.

Lawyers copy is enough You can take Lawyer\'s copy. No problem at all. They just need a reference (i.e finger print notice number) and your A#.

They do not care As long as you have a notice (whetehr applicant copy or lawyer copy) they do not care. They need FP* number on fingerprint notice. That\'s it.

No problem The INS officer there at fingerprinting can correct the mistake. They look at your A# and find out the details. My wife\'s SSN was wrong. H eeven corrected it.

Take it easy It is a simple procedure which gets over in 15 minutes flat. so dont worry. Take any notice (yuor copy or lawyer) it does not matter

Both you and lawyer You get primary copy and lawyer gets a copy called Representative Copy

possible I did my finger printing today 2 weeks before actual appointment date (in a different location also). Just show at at nearest INS location with notice and picture ID. Normaly they are very helpful
