Really? Then how would you explain Mke's husband's LC approval - their PD is 2004. I dont thinkits random.

Has anyone figured out a pattern as how the cases are being processed in Dallas...? This is absurd...folks from 2001 and 2002 are waiting while folks in latter 2003 are being processed. And is there anyway to communicate with Dol other than the email? Guys, i definitely need a few shots...

Just fyi...beware that twc can make mistakes as well...in my case we had to request prevailing wage 3 times in 1 year (RIR case in IT field)...and the wages came back as 39K, 83K and 50K. When we brought this to light to TWC, I suppose they realized and recommended my case recently to DOL...
