I guess I am one of you, too. My wife was approved weeks ago but I am still waiting, LUD has not changed since FP. I didn't call USCIS because they would definitely tell me "your security check with FBI is pending", like what they told my several friends in similar situation.

my wife (primary) was approved a week ago. Mine LUD is still the day my fingerprint was taken. Looks like this is a very common situation. Sigh. Just hope I can get my 485 soon.

My wife's (primary) 485 was approved two days ago but mine is still pending. Well, two days are not a very long period of time. So I am happy to wait.

Congratulations! I am glad to see a 2005 separately filed 485 case is approved. That means TSC probably doesn't discriminate separately filed cases. Let's see.

Update: one person on my tracker (485 receipt date 1/24/2005) was approved. Don't know whether he(she) is separate case though, probably not. Most people file 140/485 concurrently. We are really a unique group.

some new hope Hi, according to my own tracker (tracking about 50 cases), Three 485 applications filed in Jan, 2005 with receipt number SRC0507451XXX have received RFE. Don't know if these are separately or concurrently filed. But at least TSC is touching 2005 cases (not just sending FP).

I also did early FP on 3/24 and LUD changed the next day. But online message is the same.

Hi, I know three of my friends who have received FP notice with data 4/22/2005. Their 485 RD range from 08/2004 to 02/2005. It seems TSC is sending out a large volume of FP notices. I guess that also means our 485 won't be approved in next 2-3 months.

Hi, Value1 and Ellada, My FP notice has code "3". What does it mean? The notice doesn't say anything else other than the date and location of the assigned FP center.
