I applied for ead renewal on 6/15 (express mailed to Phoenix) and it got approved on 7/28. I checked on trackitt and found that they are taking at least about 40 days for the approval. Sorry, I don't mean to dishearten you but wanted to write so that you could take appropriate actions.

Did you come to know of the options? I'm pretty much in the similar boat, looking at the other posts I'm pretty sure I may end up not getting my ead before the expiry. I didn't get my receipt# yet.
Mailed the application on 6/15 to Phoenix, AZ.
My check was deposited on 6/28

Yes, primary should be present for the interview. Regarding the Birth Cert, they have instructions on what documentation is admissible based on the country. If India and DOB is after 01/01/1970 then they need either the Birth Certificate or a letter (from the appropriate gov authority) stating...
No, the interview letter did not mention the specific reason they were calling for the interview. It mentioned about the general documentation. I think taking the PCC before hand will definitely help speed up the process. It typically costs about $15 to $30 and takes about 2 weeks.
I would...
Wow...do you think I need to be physically present in all the cities that I lived? Or, can I use the finger prints taken at one police station and send it to all places?
anjcoolguy, I did not get pcc's yet. I'm researching on how to get them. I'll let you know once I find out. Please do the same if you get to know how. I just spoke to a friend of mine who did it before, but he got his pcc by doing an FP and submitting to it the local police station etc(in CA...
I forgot to mention that the officer asked for EVL from current employer (for my wife) and W2/Tax returns for 2006. We took the originals with us but the officer was kind enough to make copies and give the originals back to us (The interview letter says that we need to make copies prior to the...

EVL (Employment Verification Letter) that the interviewer asked for - is it from the new employer? If so, should the new job description be an exact match with the old one? My job description is similar except for some additions to the job responsibilities.
I don't remember getting an RFE in 2005. Where did you get the reference from? It sounds silly but am a bit concerned that I'm rusty on my own case details.
I received a letter from USCIS to appear for an interview on 12/03/07. The letter asks to bring all the supporting documentation.
Any advise on on Do's and Don'ts? Do I need to take my attorney with me? The law office that's handling my case is in Atlanta, GA and my interview is in San...
gckajadoo, thanks so much. I'll talk to my lawyer today. As mentioned above, my wife is the primary applicant. But I have changed jobs few times myself. Do you think I need to send AC21?
