Hi, My labour is applied in Vermont in EB2 in DEC 2004. My atterny says that, Vermont DOL is processing all applications applied before 12/31/2004. That means my labour application is not going to Backlog Reduction Center. Is it true? Please Help!!! Raj :confused:

PRE-Approved Labour HI, Our company having pre-approved labour. It says BS in computer eng. I have Masters in Compter applications. And also it says 10+2+4 for number of years, but I have 10+2+3+3. Can I use this labour? Any one know about this? Please.... Raj
