Vermont Labour Processing Question!! Please Help

Hi,

My labour is applied in Vermont in EB2 in DEC 2004. My atterny says that, Vermont DOL is processing all applications applied before 12/31/2004. That means my labour application is not going to Backlog Reduction Center. Is it true?

Please Help!!!

Did not hear this - would like to know if it is True.
My case was filed in Nov 2002, no BEC letter yet.

I have also filed under EB2 in Dec 2004. still my company is saying we dont have any information or letter for this. did any body of you know what they would sent us as proof that we filed for labour?
