    Yes, It is !! My 140 took more than 16 months. I did not file concurrently. But any way when it came to the final thing, I feel I am very very lucky. I am feeling like I am on clouds. Dont know how to celebrate it. Any ideas??

    Wow, ND 12/2003, I got my 485 approved My case is approved just with in a week of FP. My notice date is 12/30/2003. FP taken on 1st nov, 2004 485 approved on 8th Nov, 2004

    Gurus, I got my I 140 and want to change my employer. My 485 filed in Dec,2003. 1. Can I work on a W2 basis with the new employer? 2. What form should I fill in ( Looks like there is no AC21 form in the INS site) to inform USCIS or INS that I am changing my employer.
