Gurus,
I got my I 140 and want to change my employer. My 485 filed in Dec,2003.
1. Can I work on a W2 basis with the new employer?
2. What form should I fill in ( Looks like there is no AC21 form in the INS site) to inform USCIS or INS that I am changing my employer.

You need to write a letter to CIS after switching jobs, that you have changed jobs allowed under AC21 rule, with all your details.
Make sure that the new job must be a similar kind of job (job description & salary wise).

1. what about whether we can work on W2 on hourly basis.

2. Can the new job salary be greater than the old one? I guess that is the main reason, why we want to change the job...

and if we can work on W2/hourly basis.

No offense to others. But Can Jharkhandi give his opinion, as he seems like most experienced/senior member here.

Jharkhandi - Can you give your opinion/suggestions
